Mechanical Requirements
Files should be supplied on disk accompanied by a hardcopy proof. Files may also be sent by email, but please note that without hardcopy proofs we cannot guarantee colour accuracy and will not be held responsible for any errors that may occur during file transfer.
Electronic files may be supplied via email (if smaller than 5MB) or via the free online file transfer service You Send It (www.yousendit.com) and should be directed to sandyblackberry@shaw.ca
The INA Quarterly is printed on a full colour (CMYK) offset litho press.
Acceptable File Formats include: Illustrator eps file (CS2 or earlier) or Acrobat 7.0 (pdf 1.4) set to press quality standards.
Please Note:
All images should be placed as 300 dpi/CMYK tiffs to size
Ensure that all type in your file has been converted to outline.
Extra production charges will be applied if there are any problems with or changes to the supplied file.
